Security at TuringEdge

How we protect data and operate reliably across our products and engagements: security, reliability, AI quality, and governance, embedded from day one.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Our approach

Security, reliability, and governance are built into every TuringEdge system from day one, not retrofitted after an audit finding. We are operators, not consultants, and we build the controls we would want running in our own production environments. This page summarizes the practices and safeguards we apply across our products and engagements.

Data protection

We protect data in transit and at rest:

  • Encryption in transit using TLS, and encryption at rest for stored data.
  • Network security and segmentation between environments and services.
  • Secrets management and least-privilege access to infrastructure.
  • Regular patching and dependency hygiene across our stack.

Access control

Access is scoped, authenticated, and auditable:

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) across applications and infrastructure.
  • Least-privilege principles, with access limited to what each role needs.
  • Authentication and session controls, with support for single sign-on in enterprise deployments.
  • Audit logging of privileged actions and periodic access reviews.

Monitoring and reliability

We operate systems for production reality, with observability built in:

  • Real-time monitoring and alerting across services.
  • Distributed logging and tracing for fast diagnosis.
  • Service level objectives (SLOs) defined and tracked.
  • Documented incident response procedures.

AI quality and governance

For AI systems, quality and oversight are first-class controls:

  • Golden test suites and automated evaluations before and after deployment.
  • Drift detection and monitoring of model behavior in production.
  • Model rollback capabilities to recover quickly from regressions.
  • Human-in-the-loop approval workflows where business rules require oversight.
  • Policy guardrails and constraints, with audit trails for automated actions.
  • Model explainability and transparency to support review.

Infrastructure

We build on enterprise-grade cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud) and proven, production-hardened components. Our reference architecture standardizes the observability, data, processing, API, and application layers so that security controls are applied consistently across every deployment.

Data handling and privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. For deployed products and client engagements, we typically act as a data processor under a data processing agreement, handling data on behalf of and under the instructions of our customers. Customer data is used only to provide and improve the agreed services.

Compliance and shared responsibility

Security is a shared responsibility. We embed controls into the systems we build, while customers configure their deployments, manage their users and access, and define the policies that apply to their data. We design our controls to support our customers’ regulatory and compliance requirements across regulated sectors such as healthcare and financial services. For the controls applicable to a specific engagement, or to request security documentation, contact us.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or products, please report it to us at contactus@turingedge.ai with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work to acknowledge and address valid reports promptly. Please do not publicly disclose an issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
